Rapid Response cleaning services have been certified as compliant to the Good Environmental Choice Australia Cleaning Services Standard, which defines best practice environmental performance across the major life cycle impacts of a cleaning service.

Q: Who is Good environmental Choice Australia?
A: Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) is an independent not for profit environmental standard setting orgnaisation that manages an ecolabelling program in accordance to the international standard for Third Party Environmental Labelling and Declaration ISO 14024.

Where the Environmental Choice Australia ecolabel is displayed, it acknowledges the product or service as meeting or exceeding the voluntary best practice environmental product standards set by GECA.

Q: Does environmentally preferable cleaning cost more?

Our cleaners are comprehensibly covered by work cover and public liability insurance. We complete security checks on all our employees and they adhere to strict ethical guidelines to give our clients confidence in our using our service.

Q: How does Raipd Response Cleaning Service affect the Indoor Air Quality in my business?
A: We only use cleaning chemicals that have significantly lower levels of harmful substances, fumes and smells. All products are independently assessed and certified as environmentally preferable. We use less chemicals through accurate mixing and through use of microfiber cloths. Our HEPA vacuums capture fine dust, dirt and contaminants. Soaps, disinfectants and sanitisers have lower health and environmental effects.
